Bangkok · pilot group of 5–15 students

Two focused hours of learning. Then real projects.

Every morning, each student works through their own plan in short 10–15 minute blocks, at their own level, with a guide beside them. The rest of the day goes to real projects that end in a pitch, a market or an exhibition.

How the day works

Inspired by the "2 Hour Learning" model: a short, personal academic block, and a longer block for building real things.

Mornings · about 2 hours

Academic block

  • Each student gets their own daily plan for maths, reading, language and writing
  • Adaptive learning apps, moving on only after a skill is mastered
  • Short 10–15 minute blocks with breaks, not one long sitting
  • Guides watch progress, help when someone is stuck, and run small groups and 1:1s
  • Some learning stays human: solving maths problems together, and feedback on writing
Rest of the day · about 4 hours

Project block

  • Personal or group projects on real problems
  • Teachers and coaches mentor and set milestones
  • Projects count as real learning, linked to the same standards as the academics
  • Every project ends in a pitch, a market or an exhibition

From an idea to a real market

The project journey we've already run successfully in an after-school club. Students take roles, lead, and present their work to real people.

Motivation is built in

Children set a goal every week and check in with their coach. Points, team totals and certificates celebrate effort and the school's values.

  • Weekly goals and coach check-ins
  • Points and team totals, with recognition awards
  • Rewards are never linked to grades
Every child learns differently

Learning that works for every child

Whether your child has dyslexia, ADHD, or simply learns at their own pace, the day is built to fit them, not the other way round.

For children with dyslexia

  • Reading and writing at their own level, step by step
  • Writing feedback from a person, judged on skills actually taught
  • Projects let them show what they know by building, speaking and making

For children with ADHD

  • Short 10–15 minute blocks with breaks and movement
  • A clear daily plan, with progress they can see
  • Hands-on projects for most of the day

For every pace

  • Move on when a skill is mastered, not when the class does
  • A guide notices quickly when someone is stuck
  • Regular 1:1 time with a coach

We don't diagnose. If we notice a child is struggling, we share what we see with you and talk about next steps together.

What parents get

Clear, honest information about your child's learning, without dashboards full of numbers.

1

A weekly summary

Progress, this week's goal and highlights from your child's project, in a few lines.

2

Reports each quarter

Standards-based: what your child can do now, based on their most recent work, never an average of old scores. Behaviour and points never change a grade.

3

Privacy first

We follow Thailand's PDPA, collect only what we need, check your consent before any photo is shared, and never use children's data to train AI.

One platform behind it all

Our platform brings together test results and progress from the learning apps, builds one profile per student, and turns it into daily plans, coach dashboards and reports. We're building it in phases, starting with student profiles.
